Agemarin management ensures that the Policy is communicated to all its employees, it is posted in prominent places throughout the facility to maintain high standards within our organization. All Company employees are responsible for implementing the Company’s Policy.
The Company’s management is responsible for monitoring and reviewing the Policy at regular intervals in order to ensure that it remains relevant and effective. Agencia Maritima Marina works directly or indirectly in every port in Mexico’s East & West Coast. Different ports have different challenges and different norms regarding corruption. Agemarin does not tolerate bribery and corruption no matter the port. Agemarin will not, under any circumstance, give, or facilitate the giving, of bribes, kickbacks, or facilitation payments to anyone anywhere. This type of behavior is unacceptable in belief in ethical business behavior. Agemarin policy is that it will never give bribes or other types of payment to government or port officials, or to vendors, or to anyone else within any industry. Likewise, Agemarin will never accept any unethical payments. Agemarin will never facilitate any customer giving a bribe, and Agemarin will support any customer that makes a stand against corruption.
